Crew Formation/Category

The NFS is structured like a Militia. There are other kinds Militia units being formed. We are forming these separate from Skinhead Formations because their tasks will be different. As we have seen each Skinhead/WP crew have a different level of organisation, it is essential that each crew can see what level they are within the movement. We have categorized these as follows:

Administration Unit: These are the people who have been selected to be secretaries and the Organisations Officials. They are the personnel who keep the NFS on track with the Organisation Structures. (Red tabs on collars)

Veteran Unit: This is a crew that has existed as a unit for 5 years or more. It has shown to be organised and efficient in its existence. Its leaders are tried and tested. (Any crew that is newly formed and is made up of all older members can apply for Veteran Status.

Regular Unit: This crew has some older guys who have been around for a while, and some new people. As the unit grows the top rank grows as well. Also as the unit ages its status level goes up because it shows they are doing a good job at maintaining their integrity. All Units can have Veteran members, and those who have shown to be Berserkers. When the Unit has shown they can last the test of time and have been well organised it’s leaders can apply for its level to be upgraded. Regular Units will have a grade system in place that goes up every year, and with each improvement made.

Berserker Units: These are the guys who have proven to be highly aggressive and potent against our enemies on the street. (Attacking other Skinheads and White crews does not count! Unless they attacked first)
