Camden Islamic school: end round 1
From The Sydney Morning Herald
Camden Council rejects Islamic school
May 27, 2008 - 7:39PM
A south-west Sydney council has voted unanimously to reject a controversial proposal to build a 1200-student Islamic school.
Camden Council tonight voted against the proposal, following an adverse ruling in a report by council planners last week.
Mayor Chris Patterson said the decision was based on concerns surrounding the impact on traffic flows, loss of agricultural land, but not on religious grounds.
“It is a site issue, clearly a site issue … we said all along religious issues, nationalistic issues, will not be entered into,” Mr Patterson told AAP after the decision.
Mr Patterson said the school’s backers - the Qu’uranic Society - were “absolutely” encouraged to resubmit their plan if they could identify a different site within Camden.
Lindsay leaflets: ‘witless, stupid, dumb and offensive’
From the Sydney Morning Herald:
Bogus leaflets: ‘being stupid no offence’
April 29, 2008
A magistrate has dismissed a charge against a man who admitted distributing bogus pamphlets in the Sydney seat of Lindsay during last year’s federal election campaign.
Troy Mathew Craig, 37, today pleaded guilty in Sydney’s Downing Centre Local Court to one count of distributing unauthorised electoral material.
He was one of five men linked to the Liberal candidate allegedly caught distributing leaflets that purported to be from a radical Islamic group aligning itself with the Labor Party.
Strom sentenced to 23 months for child porn offence
Still no word - over a year after we originally asked the question - from the Australian neo-Nazis (including Australia First candidate John Moffatt) who were involved with Strom as to whether they intend to disassociate themselves at all.
We can see why they wouldn’t, Strom is only a “political pedophile,” after all.
From the C-ville Hook:
“I am not a pedophile: Strom gets 23 months
by Lisa ProvenceThe white separatist who pleaded guilty to one count of child pornography possession January 17 was sentenced to 23 months in prison this morning in U.S. District Court. Kevin Alfred Strom, 51, has been jailed since early January 2007, and Judge Norman Moon rejected Strom’s request that he be sentenced to time served– and that he “unwillingly possessed the kiddie porn found on his computer

April 23, 2008PERTH great-grandfather Charles Zentai has lost his High Court appeal, paving the way for Australia’s first extradition of a suspected Nazi-era war criminal.

The prospect of being flown to Budapest to face trial for the murder of teenage Jew Peter Balazs in 1944 now looms large for the retired mental health nurse, 86.
5 to be charged over fake Muslim leaflets
From The Sydney Morning Herald:
Lib charges over leaflet
Gary Clark, husband of retired MP Jackie Kelly, unsuccessfully hides behind fake Muslim leafletHeath Gilmore and Lisa Carty
March 23, 2008EXCLUSIVE
FIVE men will be charged over the Lindsay leaflet scandal which sent the Liberal Party into crisis just days before November’s federal election.
NSW Police yesterday confirmed they had begun legal proceedings against the men, who will appear in the Downing Centre Local Court on April 29.
After consulting the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions, they would charge the men under Section 328 of the Commonwealth Electoral Act, which deals with the printing and publication of election material.
The November 21 distribution of a fake pamphlet alleging Labor wanted the Bali bombers forgiven was the nail in the Coalition’s coffin at the election three days later. The pamphlets carried the ALP logo and were from the non-existent Islamic Australia Federation.
The covert letterboxing, uncovered by a team of Labor sleuths armed with cameras, was designed to secure victory for Liberal candidate Karen Chijoff by linking the Labor Party with Islam.
More fantastic fascist fotos from our fascist friends!

Is it just us, or is West Australian neo-Nazi and Scumfront Moderator Paul Innes (aka Steelcap Boot) not looking a little too tanned in this picture some nice Nazi sent in? Jim Saleam may have some competition.
Furthermore, is perennial One Nation candidate Sue Bateman’s hand not dangerously close to his firm ethnic buttock? What would Pauline say at such forwardness, Sue?
Oh dear.
New Zealand’s inappropriately named National Democrats - neo-Nazi arsonist Kyle Chapman’s latest venture - appear to have given up, if a message on their website to that effect is any guide. The problem: lack of support.

Quelle horreur!
Looks like our Kyle will have to return to his search for hilicopter pilates.
Oh, we do love a good outing.
Dear users of Stormfront Downunder. It’s pretty much official, “ALL YOUR BASE ARE BELONG TO US.”
And we’re not talking about the sort of outings that involve fresh air, picnic blankets, frisbees and creaming soda.
Do we really have to spell it out? If you’ve been a longtime user of SFDU and especially if you’re a sustaining member well, more fool you for being a racist dick trying to lead a double life. If you’re so goddam proud of being a swastika waving tool ONLINE, why shy away from the spotlight when your online persona is presented to your offline world?
So, in that vein - let’s say a hearty g’day to Nafe, or Nathan Clarke as he prefers to be known by his colleagues.

Pigs’ heads on pikes with an Aussie flag; another day in racist Camden
A repeat of the same harassment that failed to halt construction of an Islamic prayer centre in Annangrove in 2004.
From the SMH:
Pigs’ heads staked at Islamic site

November 28, 2007The heads of two pigs have been found on stakes at the site of a proposed Islamic school in Sydney’s south-west.
About 6am today, police were called to the site, on Cawdor Road, Camden, where they found the animal remains and a number of other items, a police spokesman said.
The pig heads had been “elevated off the ground” using stakes, he said.
An Australian flag was also strung up between the stakes, according to AAP.
