Holiday camp hosts fascists - Let them know how you feel!

Fight Dem Back! press release:

Australasian anti-fascist campaigners Fight Dem Back! are appalled at the hospitality shown to the New Zealand National Front (NZNF) by the Top 10 Hutt Park Holiday Park. The holiday park, part of a nationwide chain, is to host the fascist group for two nights, during which time they will hold their AGM and a rally at the Cenotaph.

The NZNF are to stay at the park on Friday 20th and Saturday 21st October, with their AGM to be held on Saturday afternoon.

Ain’t no nazis here - Yeah, right! - Kerry Bolton revisited

The extreme right wing scene in New Zealand is a funny old freak show.

While there are plenty of young guys prepared to shave their heads and cover themselves in nazi tattoos, there are a few old guys who like to pretend that they aren’t like that. Kerry Bolton is one such person.

While being quietly supportive of the young guys, Kerry spends a lot of his time publicly trying to disassociate himself from nazism, but ends up in some rather interesting situations. Take for example, the Fascist Union. This was set up in early 1998 by old-school nazi Colin King-Ansell who hit the headlines a few months ago.

Kyle Chapman and Kerry Bolton were also involved in the Fascist Union. Kerry busied himself by denying in a few media articles that the Fascist Union had anything to do with racism or nazism, even though they had issued a somewhat extraordinary poster:

…which declared that ‘immigrants wouldn’t get beaten up if they didn’t come to New Zealand.’

A little more light has been shed on the situation via an article authored by none other than former NF National Director Kyle Chapman. The article outlines a basic history of skinhead crews and gangs in New Zealand. As can be expected, most of them were of a racist disposition. The funny thing is that, despite all of Kerry’s claims to the contrary, explicitly white supremacist skinhead organisations were affiliated to the Fascist Union.

Have a look at this extract from the article:

“The leaders of the Skinhead Union were linked with the New Zealand Fascist Union in 1998.
1999 The Skinhead Union joined the National Front. It then changed its name to National Front Skinheads (NFS). This caused more problems and eventually most of the clubs that had joined the Skinhead Union left or chose to not support the new Federation. By this time there were so many individual Skinheads involved that National Front Skinheads T-shirts were printed and sold throughout New Zealand.“

Notice that the Skinhead Union had affiliated to the Fascist Union in 1998. Kerry was issuing media statements for the Fascist Union in 1998 and 1999. Was Kerry therefore lying about having no connection to racist and nazi gangs, or did he not notice that affiliation? We know which option he’d have everyone believe.

A few years after the Fascist Union died, Kerry became National Secretary of the National Front. Now we all know that the NF spent a lot of their time saying the “nazi” label was just a smear tactic against them, but take another look at Kyle’s article. That’s right, the Skinhead Union had become the National Front Skinheads. And as Kyle stated, it involved those who he described as being “the Leading White Power Organisation in New Zealand, the first to have a pure white policy”.

The National Front Skinheads were very conspicuous with their t-shirts on a number of NF demos that Kerry and his wife Kathy attended. The NFS even produced a website. Some of it was cached before it was taken down, but unfortunately the hand-drawn images of muscle-bound skinheads in buttock-hugging tight black jeans were lost. But you can still laugh yourself silly as Kerry’s associates inform you about Beserkers, information about skinheads, their organisation, fighting strategies and structure and of course, the need to be seen fashionably dressed in the best uniforms.

Kerry claims that his book distribution service Renaissance Press is to allow the circulation of hard to obtain books, most of them promoting very questionable politics and racial views. He cited the fact that some have been used in academic studies as being proof of his claim that they are made available solely for the mature study of the subjects. In his booklet Red Alert, Bolton claimed that he didn’t use the internet to promote his booklist, as if to explain the unusual situation from 2004 onwards of the openly nazi National Socialist Movement in the USA publicising his books.

Despite Kerry trying to have us believe that the NSM have nothing to do with him or his various groups in New Zealand, there was an interesting person who attended a few NF demos in 2004 when Kerry was NF National Secretary.

He was also seen at an NF demo in Palmerston North the same year.

This character attended other NF events and was often seen talking to Kerry.

So what?

Well, the National Socialist Movement issued a DVD of some rally they held in 2004. One of the listed speakers at the rally was “Sgt Wilson of New Zealand”

Now there’s a surprise, another of Kerry’s mates with a uniform fetish! But didn’t Kerry state that the NF had a “No nazi insignia” policy?

‘Sgt Wilson’ even turned up in Unit 88, the nazi skinhead gang Colin King-Ansell was funding before he fell out with them and started the Fascist Union. That’s him on the right.

Doesn’t the guy in the Hammerskins t-shirt next to him look like Kyle Chapman?

Uncanny.

When is a fascist not a fascist?

Quite some time ago, FDB got a sent a copy of a booklet from the little publishing empire of Kerry Bolton. It caused a few smiles and even loud laughter before it began collecting dust on a shelf somewhere. Recently dusted off, we decided to give it another look. Bolton is an “old hand” of the far right scene in New Zealand and has made a career out of rehashing many of the same press releases and graphics over the last few decades.

But what of his more recent rantings? Well, for a mere $10 you can get a 44-page book titled “RED ALERT - Behind the smear campaign against Australasian Nationalists” by K R Bolton. Throughout the booklet Bolton tries to portray himself as a rather moderate right-winger, and constantly states that the various far-right groups throughout Australasia are the victims of a lefty smear campaign. The media have apparently been duped en-mass by this campaign and have gone forth to write endless articles saying these groups contain fascist, white supremacists and nazi elements, which in turn is what Kerry claims is what caused some people with dodgy right wing beliefs to join up. Yep, he’d have us believe that it was all a self-fulfilling prophecy. But we say bollocks! Those fascist, white supremacist and nazi elements have been there all along. And as Kerry’s booklet often uses the National Front to outline his argument, why don’t we do the same?

Oops! Things went quiet for a few years until the NF became embroiled in a stolen explosives scandal

Oops! Then the next year they were going on about forming a militia

Oops! Note the NF spokesman “Todd Sweeney” has a pie-eating reference to his name. Who could it have been? Then in 2004 in Christchurch a series of racist assaults led a group of people to haold a march against racism. For some reason the NF decided to protest against it. They weren’t very clear about whether that meant they were for racism, but one of them decided to wear a t-shirt with a swastika on it anyway.

Things were beginning to look up for the NF. They had obtained a bit of a media profile, they had established a network of groups around the country, so they decided to start some protests. For some reason they got some bad publicity quite quickly.

Undeterred they announced a nation-wide callout for a protest in Wellington for Labour Weekend. But something went wrong. You see, publicly they claimed they weren’t nazis, white supremacists or anything like that, but some incriminating photos began to circulate of NF leaders and key activsts such as Brendan Rimmer or Troy Cullinane and even a photo of Kyle Chapman posing with a gun and wearing what appears to be a SS Regimental Armband.

Then there was the photo of no less than four NF leaders posing with a banner and some guys doing nazi salutes.

Kyle claimed he didn’t see the guys doing the salute, but surely one of the other three leaders saw them. After all, it was on a NF militia camp. But where the hell were those photos coming from? All seems to have been revealed when this article appeared a couple of days before the NFs big day in Wellington. Oops!

Now Kerry Bolton was National Secretary for the NF throughout 2004. Kyle Chapman was its National Director. Both denied the NF had anything to do with racism, white supremacy, fascism or nazism. So why the hell were they allowing a NF members-only e-group to circulate such photos? It really does make Kerry’s attempts to blame the NF negative public image lefty-backed media smear-mongering look like, well…. a pile of shit. All those photos came from the NF, Kerry. They are part of what caused the negative publicity, and they came from the horses mouth.

Not ones to learn quickly, the NF went ahead with their rally in front of the Cenotaph (war memeorial). It went..badly. Nazi salutes were performed

and several members of the NF Security team proudly displayed their nazi tattoos

Oops! There had been a couple of desecrations of Jewish cemetaries in the months previously, a couple of NF-linked assaults, plenty of NF-linked nazi stuff going down on the internet, so people in Wellington were feeling pretty angry about it. A group calling itself Multi Cultural Aotearoa (MCA) organised a counter-rally to the NFs demonstration, and got 1,500 people. A couple of hundred of those people spontaneously broke off from the end of the rally when a group of NFers came walking past under police escort. Insults were traded, a couple of eggs thrown. Most of the NF piled into cars and drove off. Cale Olsen was left behind, and he began walking off with fellow NFer Melanie Short. An insult directed at Olsen seems to be what provoked him to rip a placard from someones hands and punch another in the face, before copping a brief beating himself. It all happened in front a several camera crews, yet Kerry’s version of events as per his booklet is that it was all a riot commited by “communist and anarchist stormtroopers who gutlessly attacked NF supporters”. Dream on, Kerry.

The following Labour Weekend, in 2005, the NF held another rally, again in front of the Cenotaph. The irony of one of their security team sporting a large nazi eagle atop his shaved head seems to have escaped them. Nazi-flag boy David Roycroft was there too. But wait…don’t they expell members who have nazi leanings? It appears not.

And of course, the NF Youth Representative and the former NF webmaster, both of them long-term NF members, were arrested for vandalising mosques

With so much evidence of white supremacist, fascist and nazi tendencies within the NF coming from NF sources, it really is hard to understand how Kerry can claim that they have just been misrepresented.

Moving right along, Red Alert contains some amusing attempts by Kerry to appear being a non-fascist right-winger. He cites an article from the 1980s when he was running the Nationalist Workers Party (NWP) whereby the NWP denounce nazi politics. Kerry uses this to claim that he has always been opposed to nazism. But what was Kerry up to between the NWP and the NF? For a while he got into Satanism with strong Nazi links.

For someone opposed to nazism, what was he up to? The mind boggles.

Then of course there is Red Alert’s cute dedication “To the late Sgt. Ron Keen who fought a real war against real Fascists, and then fought to preserve European civilisation in the aftermath of that war”. We wonder what Sgt Ron Keen would think of one of Bolton’s groups that he ran alongside Kyle Chapman in the late 1990s, the Fascist Union? You couldn’t get much more of a “real Fascist” name than that. And while Bolton often waxes lyrical about lefties vandalising public property with stickers and posters, check out this literary masterpiece that was glued up all around Christchurch.

With all those spelling mistakes, we’re left scratching our heads as to who authored that one, but it appeared alongside

Hmm, bad spelling? Militia fetish? Who could that be? Hey wait a minute…!

A key aspect to Bolton’s book is a listing of genuine, certified lefties of Wellington, New Zealand, as well as a few Australian FDBers. We won’t bother rebutting what Bolton says here simply because it would take up too much space. But as Bolton stated in his foreword that Red Alert “has been compiled as background material for police and journalists” we’re sure they would appreciate the large amount of assumption, conjecture, weird hypothoses and incorrectly captioned photos that comprise that section of the booklet.

But Kerry let himself down very badly right at the beginning of his booklet when he praises Leftywatch and goes on to issue the rather weak claim that “I do not know much about Mr Weerheym of Leftywatch…”. Really? But while Bolton quotes heavily from FDB and spends much time criticising articles published on the site, he obviously, and quite incredibly, somehow managed to avoid the plethora of information available about the creator of Leftywatch, Ben Weerheym. Perhaps now Mr Bolton may go and check out Weerheym’s involvement in the White Devils. What was that about real Fascists Kerry? Oops!

Sid to cop the boot?

Remember the New Zealand National Front? It’s just not been the same since Kyle Chapman ran away to play soldiers in the bush and they put drunken pothead Sid Wilson in the hot seat.

The word from within the Front is that Sid is soon to cop the boot, and police informant David Roycroft will be stepping up to the plate.

Dave’s a funny bloke - his granddad was in the SS, and his dad was a neo-Nazi too - so it makes sense that young Davo would throw in with the NF. Dave’s takeover will mean the end of the National Front as a “legitimate” political force and a return to the good old days of racially-charged militancy - he’s a member of Blood & Honour and has close ties to the Hammerskins.

Kiwi cops to charge avowed anti-semite

Police in New Zealand are likely to charge a self-confessed anti-semite who posted four Jewish addresses on a website filled with anti-Jewish invective.

Nic Miller, 22, of Wellington, was reported in the Kiwi press this week as saing, “I do not like the Jews, not one bit. They should have been exterminated … Jews being in New Zealand is harrassment to me. They do not belong here.”

Professor Peter Muntz, 85, a German-born Holocaust survivor was one of the Jews whose addresses were posted on the site. “I find it deeply disturbing a fellow like this should be allowed to walk free in New Zealand,” he said.

No, it’s not some rare dysmorphic disorder where the pubic bone connects to the jawbone (Oh dem bones!), it’s just Wellington’s favourite bonehead Nic Miller.

You can sample Nic’s adventures here. It may help flesh out where some of his gripes come from:

“I distance myself from any harassment from individuals or criminal activity whatsoever”

You “distance yourself”? Praytell Nicolas - what the frick does that mean exactly? You prowl around Welly with your camera taking photos of people’s houses because they dare be born Jewish. You then print their names, addresses and contact phone numbers. Well, for starters - there are sections of the NZ Crimes Act that do denote this activity as being criminal. Take section 145 for example, Criminal Nuisance.

1)Every one commits criminal nuisance who does any unlawful act or omits to discharge any legal duty, such act or omission being one which he knew would endanger the lives, safety, or health of the public, or the life, safety, or health of any individual.

(2)Every one who commits criminal nuisance is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year.

That’s a potential 12 months of being an MM bitch. Ouch!

Oh and cough cough s 134 (whistles).

So Nic, it’s a bit hard to distance yourself from criminal acts when what you are doing on a daily basis is precisely that. What else did the Nacho man have to say for himself?

“People do flyer drops against me, saying I’m a Nazi and kick over Jew graves and ridiculous accusations like that,”

Really Nicolas? Last we heard it was YOU doing flyer drops about FDB members not the other way around. As for the gravestone incident, when you come out with lines like this:

“I’m anti-semitic. I do not like the Jews, not one bit,”

“They should have been exterminated.”

“Jews being in New Zealand is harassment to me. They do not belong here.”

Is it any bloody wonder people put together a shitload of circumstantial evidence and mumble amongst themselves that it was Nic Miller who helped knock over all those headstones.

Anyway, you’ll notice that this big, tough, brave Nazi who proudly states that he is prepared to cop whatever the law has to throw at him over his blog has now hurriedly edited the living bejesus out of the thing and now moderates comments.

I am in a Military Org now that is about standing up for NZ against anyone including the Government. I feel that we must prepare for survival more the politics now as the political climat is being over run by the dangers of terroism, disasters, Invasion, polutions, lack of resources etc.
We are prepareing a place in the mountains to creat a community if things turn to shit for any of the above reasons. So that has been keeping me busy, Recruiting and building up suplies etc.
We are training aswell. It is a lot of fun and gets us ready.

The matching face masks are very catching too, however our Fashion/Military advisers… advise us that the bloke in the middle is going to get sore if he ever goes bush with his crazy Double Belt combo, and the debonair fellow on the right might want to leave the wallet chain back at Mum’s house. You’ll give your position away!

Kyle Chapman quit as New Zealand’s National Front chief citing family reasons, but now he is recruiting members for his own far-Right organisation.

Former National Front leader Kyle Chapman has formed a secret survivalist militia and is recruiting members of the far-Right organisation for the “eventual takeover of New Zealand”.

Details of Chapman’s Phantom Recon Militia are revealed in policy documents, photos and emails he sent to an anti-racist activist posing as a white nationalist.

The photos, believed to have been taken at a rural South Island location, show Chapman and others dressed in military-style combat gear posing with replica weapons and in front of an ex-Army Land Rover.

Chapman, who lives in Christchurch, resigned as leader of the National Front last year, citing the pressure his involvement brought for his children, but told the Sunday Star-Times at the time his anti-immigration views had not changed.

The militia is described in its policy manual as a military-based underground organisation committed to securing “a safer and protected people”. The group was committed to “making change any way we can… If that includes militant action, then we will do what we have to do”.

Chapman, 35, told the activist in online exchanges that the militia was “the future of the movement in NZ”.

“We are getting interest from guys who never wanted to be in the public eye now as they always wanted to join something like the Klan but not the Klan itself. All I’m interested in now is building the army I thought the NF could be.”

The manual urges members to provide supplies, such as weapons and ammunition, balaclavas and army surplus, and urges them to recruit new members from certain fields, including former military staff, gunsmiths and medics.

When contacted by the Star-Times, Chapman admitted he knew of the organisation but would not discuss its activities.

The group’s manual urges members to “never tell anyone anything about the organisation” and reminds them they “must understand the secrecy and covert nature of all tasks and training”.

The document instructs members on how to carry out intelligence gathering activities, advising them to groom sources in government departments, and gives them guidelines for devising codenames.

It also gives advice on how to deal with questioning by police, recommending members learn about the Terrorism Suppression Act, have lies prepared if caught in possession of firearms, and never disclose information on fellow members. “Even if you do go to jail it would not be for too long.”

Chapman said in his emails he was recruiting members from the ranks of the National Front.

He criticised his successor at the helm of the National Front, Sid Wilson, as “not a good leader”.

Wilson said he had heard of the militia and knew Chapman had been meeting young skinheads in Auckland to recruit them for the group.

“He’s been doing everything he can to destabilise the National Front for some time - he realises he made a mistake in leaving.”

He believed the militia was an effort by Chapman to regain his sway over the country’s white nationalists.

The militia’s manual includes an urban survival plan recommending shelters are secured with snipers, and advises members to always have a back-up plan, “like if the whole city is under water the plan could be to meet in the hills”.

Defence Force spokeswoman Major Denise Mackay said the weapons depicted in the photos were not those in use by the military, but said the vehicle appeared to be an ex-Army Land Rover withdrawn from service and auctioned this year. It was not illegal to wear a military-style uniform unless it was worn with intent to defraud.

Police spokesman Jon Neilson said there was nothing illegal about the militia unless its members committed specific offences. “People congregate in groups… You’ve got gangs, you’ve got a whole range of groups. This would just be another one of them.”

Political ad puts community paper on the spot

A primary school librarian admits she knew little about the National Front when the community newspaper she helps to publish agreed to print the party’s advertising.

Readers soon made the volunteer editorial crew aware.

But now the controversial political party has threatened to take the Roundabout newspaper to the Human Rights Commission if it does not keep running its advertisements.

Last month, the Roundabout, which puts 1820 copies in homes and shops in the Laingholm-western Titirangi area, ran a half-page advertisement from the National Front.

Featuring the party’s controversial Celtic Cross logo, the advertisement calls for the end of the “Labour/National Tweedledum/Tweedledee Government”.

Soon after, 18 readers complained they were offended by the advertisement of the party, which says it stands for “equal rights for Kiwi whites”.

The paper’s co-ordinator, librarian Audrey White, said yesterday that she and fellow volunteers were shocked at the angry reaction from unknown people. “They made our lives pretty unpleasant. We’ve been doing the paper for 27 years - it’s the first time we’ve been in trouble. I didn’t know much about the National Front.”

The stress on the editorial crew increased when the party asked to put in another advertisement in the June issue, due out last Thursday.

“With the reaction we’ve had we said we were not happy about putting it in,” said Ms White.

Refusal brought a threat from National Front director Sid Wilson to complain to the Human Rights Commission of “an act of unlawful discrimination”.

Mr Wilson said last night that the party had limited resources and a $70 advertisement in Roundabout was chosen as a localised campaign to “establish a bit of a bridgehead” of support in the Waitakeres.

IronBrotherhood eats his spinach; grows into respectable member of society

Way back when, in early 2005, the Australian wing of the New Zealand National Front began operating in Sydney, Austalia - and, depending on who you asked, they were allied to the openly neo-Nazi White Pride Coalition of Australia or they were allied to the less openly neo-Nazi Patriotic Youth League.

As it turned out, they were in bed with both, and FDB’s birth was largely as a response to this international co-operation between these Australian and New Zealand far right groups.

One of the senior figures in all this was Darren M.

Darren was the founder of NF Australia, was a member of the WPCA, and for a while was listed as the Sydney president of the PYL. The whole thing got very messy, with accusations of paedophilia from the NF (since retracted and apologised for) and threats of litigation from us, and eventually NF Australia was “blown out of the water” and it’s members mostly dropped out of the scene.

At the conclusion of the mess, Jim Saleam wrote a rather fanciful account of the affair which was disputed by both FDB and Darren. To put it bluntly, the mad old bastard made the whole thing up.

That was around a year ago. Besides the virus we were recently sent that appeared to come from Darren (the email address had been spoofed - it wasn’t actually him) we had not heard nothing from the guy since he dropped out of the scene, so it was very refreshing to recieve a message from him the other day telling us that he’d gotten his life back on track.

hello pplz..
i decided to search my name on ur forum and got some funny stuff back.It was inspired by a mate telling me that i was on fightdemback for sending a virus and he wondered how the fuck i figured out how to hahaha to bad i already read it(to answer questions,no i didnt send a virus..im a dumb shit with comps,no idea why use thought i did).Anyhoo i thought id send a thank you message to FDB.

But first, to clear up some things..
i was not at the sydney forum,kromlek wants to kill me and most of Aus first do aswell.Dunno why cam sexheimer said he met me when i wasnt there…
Umm what else..Yeh like to send a big Fuck you to Darp for giving out my name when i was told he wasnt going to..but compared to wat i said about him..a name isnt such a bad payback hahahha sorry bout all that darp.

Anyhoo to the point of this post..
I dont like many of you mostly because i still think it was low to harrass a youngen like i was with 0 self confidence.I know use had your reasons..but from my view it was a very scary thing to happen.But i think it was needed,because if i was still a racist i wouldnt be the person i am now.
So Thank you FBD for reforming me to a normal member of society again..these days i enjoy hitting the piss at parties and hanging out with mates as opposed to hanging out with old men and sticking stickers everywhere.
There is alot more to life than what i experienced but it was a invaluble life lesson.I think i matured 10 fold in that short space of time that i “fell from grace”.I am a much more confident person today and i respect other peoples views.When i was in the WN scene i was such a little fuckwit.I was 60kgs of nothing..thought i was massive..king of the world..hated everyone and judged everyone on their colour.I aint no anti-racist but i am drastically different.
My teachers and mates find it hell funny that i used to be a mini hitler wannabe.I cop heaps of shit occasionly but it all in good fun(my nick name is now sharpy or sharpOi cuz of the Sharp skinheads).
Just wanna send out a bit of advice to FDB and WN..dont let the internet and politics rule your life..theres so much more out there.If you keep it as a hobby or sumtin then thats fine but dont let it run your life,you only get like 80 or 90 so years at it.

We’re somewhat hesitant about publishing this on the front page, as we don’t wish Saleam, Peter Campbell (Kromlek) & Co. to harrass Darren further, however Darren’s story is an important one that some need to hear…

Darren was looking for his place in the world, and he latched onto “White Nationalism.” It promised answers and it promised community - what it delivered was a bunch of sad old men spouting incoherent rhetoric, though this was a community of sorts.

Unfortunately for Darren, when he decided he’d rather live a less dramatic life, his so-called white nationalist “friends” revealed their true colours and turned on him with ferocity.

This is not a phenomena unique to the Australia First Party/White Pride Coalition of Australia/Patriotic Youth League - it is a scene played out over and over again in different neo-Nazi groups around the country and around the world.

Young white nationalists should take note: The elder statesmen of the Scene - the Saleams, the Innes’, the Van Tongerens, the Campbells, the Palmers - are not your friends. Their interest is in recruiting footsoldiers to fight wars that exist only inside their own heads, and if you dare dissent, be prepared to cop it with both barrels: figuratively and sometimes literally.
