Ben Weerheym (the hip-hop loving, part-Jewish neo-Nazi) is a little bit upset that his precious right to free speech has been infringed upon by the Jewish-Controlled-Media conspiracy against him. Nevermind that he uses the threat of violence and intimidation against anyone who dares speak out against morons who graffiti war widow’s retirement villages and hassle schoolkids - surely a far more tangible type of censorship than requiring a corporation operating in the Commonwealth of Australia to comply with the laws of that Commonwealth.

If you didn’t want to be associated with Redwatch NZ, you shouldn’t have worked with Miller on your wee little campaign. You definitely shouldn’t have given him info and recieved info in exchange. And you most definitely shouldn’t be posting on Stormfront as REDWATCH NZ. That’s just a friendly little tip from us to you.

If you didn’t want to be called a Nazi, you probably shouldn’t have sieg heiled in front of swastikas, painted them freaking everywhere over Perth, and joined a succession of violent neo-Nazi groups - The Australian Nationalist Movement, the White Pride Coalition of Australia and then the Australia First Party. It might be worth noting that the leaders of the first are currently awaiting trial, and one of the leaders of the second is being investigated by an anti-terrorism task force in relation to the distribution of bomb-making pamphlets (Further attacks on free speech, we’re sure). Joining these groups is not a good way to stay out of trouble. Perhaps the Girl Guides are more up your alley.

There are a few extra points we should make about one particularly weird passage in Ben’s little rant:

Of course Stokes’ group [FDB] would NEVER do that now would they? They wouldn’t call up someone’s work and try to intimidate their employer into firing them would they? They wouldn’t threaten to get teenagers beaten up by unionists would they? They wouldn’t give journalists peoples full sames and the suburb that “we think he lives in” would they?

Ringing employers and intimidating them into firing people: We haven’t done that. They’ve rung us though. Even some potential employers have given us a buzz after they’ve done a bit of googling. We can’t control who gets in touch, sorry. Perhaps the reason you can’t hold down a job has more to do with you being a racist moron and less to do with a grand conspiracy against you.

Giving journalists people’s full names and suburbs: Surely any proud “patriot” is proud enough of what they stand for that they would be happy to take full credit for it. Surely, they wouldn’t want WhiteWolf88 to get all the props for their eloquent fantasies about gassing Jews and Arabs.

And finally, threatening teenagers?

We wouldn’t comment on that if we were you, Ben. We understand you’re not the brightest flame on the menorah so perhaps you don’t recall, but the whole “threatening to get teenagers beaten up” thing was an invention of YOUR MOB (the Australia First Party and the associated White Pride Coalition of Australia), and the young whippersnappers in question say that it is YOUR MOB (the AFP & the WPCA) that threatened to kill them. Not an old Nazi sitting in his bookstore in Tempe making up crap off the top of his head. Those claims come from the actual people involved. And your mob weren’t threatening to beat them up. They were threatening to kill them.

We wouldn’t keep on bringing it up, if we were you. It might make people think you’re not as dedicated to free speech as you say you are.

Warning over racist website - The Australian:

The blog site, “avoiceofdissent”, has been used by members of Australia’s “White Nationalist” group to threaten physical violence and single out targets for intimidation by publishing their photographs, telephone numbers and addresses. Posts include a detailed fantasy of rounding up Lebanese men in a bus, then filling the interior with poisonous exhaust fumes.

“Imagine the sight, if you will, of all those oily dune coons gasping for air and clawing vainly at the windows,” the post reads.

After receiving a written warning from the Uniting Church of Australia that the site might breach Australian state and federal law, Google, the company that hosts the site, added a disclaimer that stated the content might be “hateful”.

Alec McFadden was dozing in his armchair when a loud bang on his front door brought him to his senses with a jolt. Looking out of the window of his Wallasey home, he saw a young man half slumped in the driveway. “I couldn’t see his face but he looked like he was in some sort of trouble, like he needed help,” says McFadden. “I opened the door just a bit to ask if he was OK and he threw himself at me and started hitting me around the head.”

What McFadden did not realise at the time was that he was not being punched but stabbed. “I think it went on for a couple of minutes before I managed to get the door closed. I turned round and my daughter was screaming. It was only then, as I put my hand to my face and felt the blood, that I realised what had happened.”

These anti-racism activists are facing a hate campaign from a neo-nazi website. Now pressure is growing to close the site - Sunday Herald (Scotland):

Scottish politicians and activists have been warned they are in danger of attacks by a neo-nazi organisation whose website has been blamed for inciting assaults against anti-racism campaigners.

Redwatch members and sympathisers have been blamed for a number of attacks, including the serious assault of a TUC leader, accused of following campaigners and journalists to their homes, firebombing cars and intimidating other individuals using phone calls, hate mail and email.

Attempted murder of an anti-fascist - Indymedia Poland:

A few days ago, at 6pm on the evening of the 16th of May, at the corner of Tamka and Dobrej streets in Warsaw, an antifascist activist was attacked by two nazis, with clear intentions to kill him. They had been following him, and suddenly, one of them stepped in front on him and sprayed him with pepper gas. Then the other one stabbed him in his back with a 30cm long knife. Maciek fell on the ground and was kicked by the nazis for a while, with them shouting “We’ll kill you, you leftist motherfucker!”

Google ‘harbouring racists’

Racist blogs targeting minority groups in Australia are springing up on the web, but Google’s Blogger, the service some are hosted on, refuses to take them offline, says an anti racism lobby group.

“Blogger is absolutely insensitive to complaints about racist and neo-Nazi content,” said Brian Stokes, co-founder of FightDemBack!, a group that monitors the activities of racists, fascists and other such offenders operating in Australia and New Zealand.

Blogger, owned by Google, enables anyone to create a blog or online journal, and publish their thoughts online using internet space provided by Blogger.

Mr Stokes said his group had reported numerous discriminatory Blogger journals to Google, both through the “flag” button that appears on each blog and through an email form that Mr Stokes said was “buried in their site, very hard to find”.

Mr Stokes said his appeals had fallen on deaf ears at Google.

“Most other outfits [that provide free web space] like Angelfire and Tripod actually do respond,” he said.

“We have probably knocked about 25 or 30 Nazi, white supremacist, racist in general websites off the web, in the two and a bit years [since the group founded],” he said.

He refers specifically to two Blogger journals that Google has refused to remove from the web - Patriot Alliance Downunder and Red Watch NZ.

“Patriot Alliance Downunder comprises a number of patriots and nationalists alike from New Zealand and Australia,” its blog reads.

“We … hope to preserve and defend our heritage, culture, customs, traditions, morals, and values, as well as our blood itself, against hostile alien elements that are destructive to who we are and we as a race hold dear.”

The blog posts photographs and full names of anti-racism activists from Australia and New Zealand, in effect making this information available to those who wish to do these activists physical harm.

It also publicly endorses and links to the recent racist online board game based on last year’s Cronulla riots, but it denies that it’s a “hate” group.

Mr Stokes said that the owner of the Patriot Alliance Downunder blog was Ben Weerheym, convicted for being a getaway driver in a racist graffiti attack by neo-Nazi group Australian Nationalist Movement.

Patriot Alliance Downunder does not list Weerheym as the owner of the blog, but he has signed certain postings with his name.

While the Patriot Alliance Downunder blog says its musings are simply nationalistic, Red Watch NZ is more overtly racist.

“Red Watch NZ is here to combat Communism and Zionism within our borders,” reads the blog, which openly endorses the Nazi movement.

“Today is a sad day for National Socialists all over the world. Today in 1946, the Eternal Jew managed to swindle the Allied Nations into hanging 10 of our comrades at the Nuremberg War Crimes Trial,” reads a post published on the anniversary of the Nuremberg trials written by author “We Hate The Jews!”.

Mr Stokes said Red Watch NZ was operated by Nic Miller, “famous for stunts like publishing a photo of FDB NZ activist Asher Goldman’s mother’s tombstone, leafleting Goldman’s neighbourhood with libellous material, publishing photos of activists’s parents’ homes and their street addresses, [and] much more”.

The tombstone post Mr Stokes mentions is still online, as are numerous posts that include photos, street addresses and even phone numbers of various activists.

Miller is not listed as the owner of Red Watch NZ, but some recent postings have been signed with his name.

“I think what Google intends is not to restrict people’s freedom of speech,” Mr Stokes said.

“But we’re talking about bashing up brown people and defaming them. This isn’t politics, this is terrorism.”

Both blogs appear to violate Blogger’s user agreement, particularly Red Watch NZ.

Blogger’s terms of service reads: “Member agrees not to transmit through the Service any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, or harmful material of any kind or nature. Member further agrees not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation.”

Whether or not the blogs invite legal action under Australian law isn’t immediately clear, Simeon Beckett, president of the Australian Lawyers for Human Rights organisation said.

“The Racial Discrimination Act [federal legislation] and Anti-Discrimination Act [state legislation] both prohibit racial vilification. It doesn’t make that a criminal offence, but it does make it unlawful for a person to do an act which is reasonably likely to offend, insult, humiliate or intimidate another person or group. As long as that act is done because of the person’s race,” he said.

Mr Beckett hasn’t visited Red Watch NZ or Patriot Alliance Downunder, but, based on our description of the blogs, he said their actions were probably in violation of Australian law.

Regardless, he said there might be difficulties in enforcing the law because it’s highly likely that Blogger’s servers are located overseas.

“Trying to enforce a right under Australian law in the US makes it complicated and cumbersome,” he said.

Google refused to divulge where its servers are located.

Mr Beckett also said that, since the authors of the blogs have only posted names, addresses and photos of anti-racism activists, and don’t appear to have explicitly incited violence against them (even if violence is implied), pursuing legal action would be difficult.

“I think there may be difficulties if all there was available was the name and address of the anti-racism activists,” he said.

In its terms of service, Pyra (the company that founded Blogger, now acquired by Google) says that it is not liable for the contents of user blogs, but Mr Beckett suggests that this might not legally be the case.

“If it’s an Australian server, and Google itself has listed a blog that’s racist in Australia, it may be acting unlawfully itself,” he said.

Google, whose corporate motto is “don’t be evil”, says it will take the blogs in question offline only if ordered to do so by a court.

“Blogger is a provider of content creation tools, not a mediator of that content,” a Google spokesman said.

“We allow our users to create blogs, but we don’t make any claims about the content of these pages. In cases where contact information for the author is listed on the page, we recommend working directly with this person to have this information removed or changed. We would only remove content from this blog if ordered to do so by a court order,” the spokesman said.

We’ve let a monster into our midst with our uncritical acceptance of the email system. Last weekend’s Sunday Star-Times featured an article on the use of email campaigns to threaten anti-fascists showed there is no time to mess about.

We have to move aggressively to develop new defences against the sort of electronic thuggery freely available to groups such as Redwatch Downunder, a Perth-based site aimed at discrediting liberal writers in Australia and New Zealand. This happy outfit says it will display all the details and photos of anarchists, reds, homos, multiculturalists and so on. Doesn’t leave much.

It’s not that a single site such as Redwatch Downunder is going to cause much of a hassle. What should worry us is that irresponsible people can misinform us on a grand scale.

We are unskilled surfers in a tumult of giant waves of information and communication. Most of us don’t really know what we are talking about. We repeat parrot-fashion what we have been told about the internet as a global computer network providing communication and information virtually free to all who ask - but we haven’t a clue about the implications.

It’s the same with the World Wide Web. We type in those ubiquitous addresses beginning www, but not one in a hundred of us knows the implications of having an unimaginably vast system leaping to cross-reference myriads of intangible documents at the click of a button. We pretend we know what’s happening, but most of us don’t.

We just take the benefits of all this indexed information for granted, without thinking too much about the consequences.

The email system that lets in Redwatch Downunder has developed like lightning, steam-rolling all our normal social precautions without giving us time to draw breath before the next wave hits us.

This is dangerous. We can’t just sit back and leave it to the elite of computer-oriented wizards who think in gigabytes and are - for the moment at least - on our side.

We have to move before it is too late, paying them whatever they ask to erect defences against the many thousands of malevolent nerds and hackers. If we delay too long - forming committees and setting up technology foundations - before we know it, we will be in the grip of a real-life cybernightmare.

Last Sunday’s sobering account of firebombings and death threats, traced to Redwatch when it published the residential addresses of journalists who expose racist and neofascist groups, showed just what we can expect in the environment of an email system that provides few safeguards or guarantees.

It is open season on young and old when the ignorant or malevolent decide they want to exploit the system to further their cock-eyed aims. If you use a search engine such as Google to find out something about a popular disease, you had better be prepared for an avalanche of authoritative-sounding but dangerously misleading diagnoses, prognoses and treatment advice.

Most of the information pouring out of your computer will be worthless at best, but often potentially life-threatening. Mixed in with this crap will be some genuine, up-to-date information and advice from reputable sources, and you have to be untiring with the flush-button in purging the system of its mostly unhealthy blockages.

Your electronic mail box will be in a similarly constipated state, day after day, with unwanted messages from drivellers who have become adept at getting you to read their non-information. There was a time when stacks of this stuff appeared on the screen tagged spam, and you could get some useful exercise each morning rhythmically clicking on the messages and hitting the delete button - but someone has done something awful to the spammers and most have disappeared.

In their place has come a new generation of cunning junk mailers who use authentic-sounding signatures and subject lines to sneak their unwanted messages touting everything from Viagra to ultra-cheap computer software to pie-in-the-sky oil stock issues. A fellow named Garnet Milne tagging his offering RT Alert was the only bible-banger I turned up in three days of sampling. Peg Daniel had a messaged headlined “Reprieve national monument” that was in fact promoting some delicious-sounding oil company shares. And I was rather taken with a message from Marcia Harrison: “You left something the other night”, touting a penis enlargement course.

Another disadvantage of the email monster is the fact that when you send or receive material it gets parked away in a slot in the computer of your internet service provider awaiting a signal to send it on.

While it is in that slot, the information is available to the service provider to copy without telling you. Not that it would, of course, but the opportunity is there. It’s as if New Zealand Post had the right to open and read our sealed mail. I would be a lot happier to see my email protected by the same laws that restrict wiretapping.

WA Police and the Director of Public Prosecutions are investigating a racist website run by a Perth-based white supremacist amid claims it openly threatens individuals and breaks racial vilification laws.

Two blogs operating under the names Patriot Alliance Down-under and Leftywatch, published by former Australian Nationalist Movement recruit Benjamin Weerheym, have been the subject of complaints to State and Federal authorities.

Mr Weerheym was convicted last year of spraypainting racist slogans on Perth buildings, and received a six month suspended jail term.

Trouble brewing for the Speed Racer?

A RACIST website where extremists fantasies about gassing Arabs has been allowed to operate freely for months, despite warnings sent to state and federal authorities that it breaks laws prohibiting the incitement of racial violence.

Google Australia, which wrote to the church to say it did not consider itself legally bound to close the site, could not be contacted yesterday.

In December, Mark Cox, a lawyer for the church, wrote to the federal and West Australian attorneys-general and police commissioners to warn them of potential racial vilification and racial hatred expressed on the site. This hatred included a call to “white nationalists” to “physically arm” themselves and “expunge the filth of internationalist mongrelisation from this globe”.

In a written response, dated December 16 last year, West Australian Attorney-General Jim McGinty said “such behavior cannot be tolerated in our democratic society” and said he had referred the site to the state’s Director of Public Prosecutions for investigation.

To date, no action has been taken by state police against the site. A spokesman said state Police Commissioner Karl O’Callaghan was “unaware of the progress of that inquiry”.

Almost three months after receiving his original letter, Mr Cox said the federal Attorney-General’s office wrote saying it had lost the first page and asking him to send it again. The office did not return calls yesterday.

A spokeswoman for the Australian Federal Police said the force was “still evaluating” the letter and said no decision on whether to take action against the site had been made.

Mr Cox, who also acts for a number of those individuals targeted on the website, will write again today to state and federal authorities.

“I’m forced to rely on the public authorities with a duty to protect Australian citizens, who so far have failed us,” Mr Cox said.

The site’s authors, a group called the Patriot Alliance Down-under, include Ben Weerheym, a former member of the racist Australian Nationalist Movement, whose Perth home was recently raided by police hunting escaped racist Jack van Tongeren.

Mr Van Tongeren, the ANM’s former leader, jumped bail on February 20 while awaiting trial on charges of conspiring to firebomb four Chinese restaurants in Perth in 2004.

Nothing was seized by police who searched Mr Weerheym’s home. No arrests were made. Mr Weerheym did not return calls yesterday.

While the more explicitly violent material on “avoiceofdissent” was recently deleted by the site’s authors, much of this can still be publicly accessed.

Records of this material include photographs of recently married interracial couples, described as “race traitors”. Postings from this month include a photograph of a black man with the caption: “You going to get raped.”

The WPCA Forum is now a Membership only Forum. We are not a Free Speech Forum. There are, as there always is, requirements that you must meet in order to become a Member of the WPCA Forum. For too long, the internet has been an anonymous tool, a vessel for people to use when escaping reality, but now it has also become a tool of deception.

Welcome to the New WPCA.

We have all had to learn a lot of hard lessons recently, and the hardest one was that in order to succeed, we have to be stronger and harder.

I have taken all neccessary security measures with this new set-up. Guests have no rights, new members have few rights and even full members are kept on a shorter leash. In recent months, we have learnt of people defecting, groups disbanding and information slipping into the wrong hands, that will not be possible this time round.

At the WPCA, we do not believe in Freedom of Speech! We do not believe in Democracy! This is a war and we are all soldiers in it, so for all new people to get in, they have to prove that they are not some pimply faced nerd sitting in his parents basement jerking off to nude pictures and playing pretend Nazi. We will no longer tolerate Time Wasters and as a result we will have a smaller membership, but we believe in quality, not quantity!

As some members on this forum know us Newcastle lads have gatherings regularly so I was wondering what the rules are as far as posting photo’s? Is this a bad idea because of security reasons and all that shite? Maybe we could all wear ski masks?

Posting photos is a bad idea, I am sure if carp had a photo of me it would have been in the local paper here asap. After all the shit that has happened here a photo would have ruined any chance I had of getting another job in town. Keep the photos to yourselves, the only people online that know what I look like and yes I have a rough head are those that have met me and we should all leave it at that.

Just a note to all posting people

I have wanted to say this for a while but I have been afraid of sounding Baronesque and afraid that I might come across as if I want to tell fellow patriotic activists and white loyalists what to do, which I don’t.

The Darpists and the miscreants of the far left loonie brigade do a pretty good job of showing themselves to be offensive, foul mouthed, uncouth, twisted degenerates by the way they conduct themselves online and out and about. They gratuitously swear, make references to homosexuality, rape, foul sex acts, the list goes on.

If we are to rise above them and the image that they portray of us, we must adopt a more mature, reasonable and intelligent way of conducting ourselves. This relates to the way we post on this here forum of the WPCA.

Once again, I don’t want to tell anyone what to do but I feel, and others may do also, that we should cut down on swearing and racial slurs like the using words like “nigger” and “chink” etc. Even thought the WPCA forum is next to water tight now, you never know when some poindexter might hack his/her way into the forums or maybe even a person who posts here may become disgruntalled with others and start colaborating with the left wing bigots, stranger things have happened.

I bought the very first Motorhead 12″ single when it came out in about ‘76 or ‘77 with the song ‘Motorhead’ on the A Side and ‘City Kids’ on the B Side and I STILL HAVE IT in mint condition along with the ORIGINAL version by Hawkwind also on a 12″ single.

This Darp tool seems to be very organised. How does he have the time to be everywhere at once, why is he so persistent and pesky, what does he live on, how come he has access to so many resources??? He seems to know everything about everything/everyone. I feel that he has support from “higher up” - jews, ASIO, Mossad?!? I also get the feeling that he might have a plant somewhere - either on this site, obviously on Stormfront, and perhaps on WPCA. This morning I have been getting all types of crazy calls. I will not say what they are or whom they are about. But after a few calls the picture became more and more clear. Darp. It would seem that Darp with two new recruits who are very well connected are telling the authorities all types of Bull ****.

What are they up to? Easy. I will tell ya. First by spreading lies about us all to the Police he plans to have us all rounded up. Next by spreading lies about who the informer is he plans on destroying our Unity and creating Paranoia. Splitting our ranks.

I’ve just seen the news and what a load of ****ing rubbish. All they could go on about was that the demonstration was unAustralian and it has rocked what Australia is to the core. I hope it has rocked the multiracial cesspit that the country has become to the core. They rolled out that piece of **** Trad and he said that the violence shown didn’t belong in this country. He is wrong his kind do not belong in this country. The footage shown showed young blokes getting belted by the coppers with batons and a raghead getting its head kicked in. I hope this is not the end of it and further demonstrations occur throughout the summer and beyond.

Hello all.

I am wanting to find out the names and as much info as possible about journalists that have collaborated/are collaborating with leftist jerks like those from FDB.

Also, any other journalists that have muckraked aussie patriots/nationalists/loyalist groups and orgs like the WPCA.

The reason for this is that I am starting the ‘Journowatch’ section of the site and would like as much info as possible before it takes off.

Any iformation supplied will naturally be in strict confidence.
