Toben case to resume

From the Australian Jewish News:

Toben case resumes later this month

A DIRECTIONS hearing into a contempt case against Holocaust denier Dr Frederick Toben has been relisted for the Federal Court in Sydney on May 21.

The Executive Council of Australian Jewry (ECAJ) brought the case against Dr Toben of Adelaide earlier this year, alleging that he has repeatedly violated a 2002 Federal Court order prohibiting him from distributing Holocaust-denial material and posting it on his Adelaide Institute website.

Dr Toben, who initially conducted his own defence, later claimed he wanted a lawyer, but told a February 6 directions hearing that the only lawyer available to him could not practice until May, as his certificate of practice was suspended.

The ECAJ claimed Dr Toben’s continued publication of Holocaust-denial material on the website is in contempt of the Federal Court, which made its landmark 2002 ruling after a case spearheaded by then ECAJ president Jeremy Jones.

Neo-Nazi facing further child porn charges

Kevin Strom, the founder of American white supremacist group National Vanguard, is facing further charges in relation to child pornography. As yet, none of the Australian neo-Nazis who have associated themselves with his operation (including, but not limited to, Australia First candidate John Moffat, AF activist Ben Weerheym, and disgraced ‘race professor’ Andrew Fraser) have disassociated themselves from NV.

From The Hook:

White supremacists targeting Queensland

From the Oz:

KKK offshoot targets Australian cities
By Simon Kearney
May 07, 2007

THREE Queensland cities have been targeted by offshoots of the Ku Klux Klan over the past two months in what appears to be a recruiting drive by white supremacist groups.

Toowoomba was targeted first by leaflets that asked people to become a klansman or klanswoman in March.

Shortly afterwards, Cairns was targeted and then Rockhampton, last month, by a different group, Storm Front.

In Toowoomba and Cairns the pamphlets promoted the US-based White Legion Knights of the Ku Klux Klan.

Its website has an Australian page featuring propaganda presented as fact about African and Asian immigration, Aboriginal crime, the homosexuality agenda and - an old favourite - Jewish influence in the media.

Jim and Baron’s breakdance battle showdown at the Radiotron!

Here at FDB we love a good Nazi on Nazi shitfight. There have been none better in recent times than this stellar barney over at Scumfront Downuner. Yep, it’s the shitfight we had to have, Baron Von Hund (”David Innes and associated dipshits) v Jim Saleam.

We’ll cut to the “good bit” first and then expound on some of the history later.

As a result of that SF thread linked above, a VERY interesting email has been forwarded to us.

David/Lilith,

I have with some reluctance, made a formal complaint to Don Black regarding the management of ‘Stormfront Downunder’.

Specifically, I have referred to the ‘Australia First Membership’ thread, its general content, items on it by David and the lack of proper moderation by Lilith.

I have requested specific actions be taken, including the deletion of the thread.

Scruffy Murphys, a pub in the Sydney CBD, is in a bit of hot water because they won’t let in ‘Arabs or Islanders’.

This report in the Sunday Star Times sums it up:

A Maori and a Samoan are among those testifying at a tribunal hearing where a Sydney bar owner admitted refusing patrons entry on racial grounds.

Malcolm McGuinness, the owner of Scruffy Murphy’s Irish pub, this week told the New South Wales Equal Opportunity Tribunal he had ordered security staff to follow the racist exclusion policy in 2005.
