The scene was set for a street battle of epic proportions! Although the official march had been cancelled, white supremacists were still planning to march on the Brunswick mosque. They would be met by concerned locals who don’t much like nazi scum. The tension! You could cut it with a knife!

Well, maybe it wasn’t really quite that tense. The people of Melbourne are well used to the fash not matching their bite with their bark, and they were not disappointed:

A total lack of chaos reigned supreme in Brunswick on Saturday as the promised white supremacists completely failed to show up. What a fizzer!

Speaking of fizzers (this is going to be a pretty good segue so pay attention), apparently the FIZZY drink at the community solidarity BBQ outside the apparently-not-to-be-marched-on Mosque was tangy and delicious. Intrepid BBQ-goer and FDBer Andy reports that several hundred people (Muslim and non-Muslim alike) enjoyed aforementioned BBQ without any trouble.

But the blame for the fascist non-events of the weekend cannot rest entirely with the incompetence of Australian neo-Nazis. Apparently American neo-Nazis are to blame as well.

If you thought that Australian fash were mythomaniacs you should see the yanks!

These rallies and marches are necessary because Australia is being invaded by non-whites who are committing serious crimes such as the gang rape of white women! Other crimes include the harassment of Whites on beaches in that country; harassment that turned into a white riot a year ago at Cronulla beach. Non-whites were rightly attacked and beaten during those riots and their crime spree was reduced!

Last week, at least one Mosque asked for police protection during the rallies because “a white supremecist web site” has endorsed the march. Gee, I wonder whose site they’re talking about?

Hal Turner is exactly the kind of guy you want supporting your cause - he’s most famous for his urging for the bombing and murder of any who don’t fit into his Aryan mold. Unfortunately, some whom he have targeted in this way have ended up dead.

Perhaps if he put the same amount of effort into working diligently for two months in organising the bikini march as he does inciting murder, it wouldn’t have been such a failure.

Meanwhile, on Scumfront, poor old Benny Weerheym is copping the blame - it seems unlikely that he’ll be asked to help with the PR in future.

Word on the street is that he’s the latest on the far right to claim the mantle of the Reverse-Midas… because everything he touches turns to excrement. Former holders of this title include fellow Australia Firster Jim Saleam and WA neo-Nazi David Innes, so he’s in fairly good company.
