Rebutting a rebuttal

Ben Weerheym just can’t take a trick can he?

The kid is rather upset at our most recent article on him and has chosen to rebut a few points.

We said:

How can you possibly call yourself a patriot and keep a straight face?

Benny said:

Quite easily, with my mouth. After all, I do love this country and like to fight who/whatever has a negative effect on this land and it’s people. This of course includes recalcitrant groups that consist of degenerates, communists, multiracialists, homosexualists ie your group.

Our turn again. We would have thought that a bunch of hoons driving around Perth and painting swastikas all over the place would have a ‘negative effect’ on this land and its people. Particularly when you consider that one of the places tagged up was a 93 year old war widow’s apartment, and another was a retirement village for war widows.

We say again, how can you call yourself a “patriot” when you partook in activities like this?

Benny also talks of “recalcitrant groups that consist of degenerates…”

A degenerate? I suppose a degenerate would be someone who mixes copious amounts of alcohol (VB longnecks) with numerous prescription medications, someone who drives around in a drunken stupor and prangs their car into a tree, passes out in it and wakes up the following morning on a spew-covered steering wheel. Someone who can’t hold a job down for more than a week and someone who is reduced to living in a Church charity run halfway house for recently released prisoners, addicts and the like. Only an absolute and total degenerate with no hope of getting his life together would try and sponge their way into this type of cheap, subsidised accommodation at the expense of the seriously mentally ill and disabled people who genuinely need it. Matter of fact, only a real degenerate would manage to get themselves kicked out of a place like that.

We said:

“You’re an absolute disgrace to this nation.”

Benny said:

Well, that’s to be expected coming from you but hey, why would we trust what comes out of the mouths of people whose main goal is the interests of bitter minorities?

Hmmm, we would have thought that the so-called “white nationalist” community would constitute a “bitter minority”. So bitter in fact that they are reduced to tagging up war widow’s homes and synagogues to get their point across.

We said:

“If you’re not a nazi, not a white supremacist, not a racist - then why did you spray paint swastikas all over Perth?”

Benny said:

Where should I start with this one? Errrm, perhaps at the fact that I never did. Bring some proof to the table showing otherwise and perhaps I will consider it.

Let’s run through this slowly Benjamin.

You drove a car. That car was filled with your fellow members of the White Devils neo-Nazi crew. You drove this car around Perth one night in July 2004. At various points in your joyride. You stopped the vehicle and kept the engine running. Your mates in car hopped out and sprayed swastikas everywhere. They then bolted back into that car laughing insanely whilst you put the pedal to the metal. You repeatedly like to claim that your hands were not responsible for “one lick of paint” but if it were not for the fact that you played the role of the getaway driver, your mates would not have been able to vandalise the various buildings which they did on that night. Get it? No Benny at the wheel equals no graffiti, at-least not in such a widespread area.

Let’s view this in a strict black letter law rubric. Your “my hands were not responsible for one lick of paint” comment means bugger all. You pleaded guilty to nine counts of wilfully and unlawfully damaging property. You cannot negate your involvement as your involvement was a substantial and operating cause of the property damage in question.

Oh, and you apologised for it as well. You can’t plead guilty in court, issue a written apology and then turn around two years later and say “wasn’t me.”

See Benny’s most recent blog comment:

Yes, I have not ever denied that.
What infact is false about the article in question are the statements supposing that I actually sprayed grafitti around Perth, this is untrue as I didn’t see anything positive to do with it, the same still applies.

Well buddy, if you “did not see anything positive to do with it” (whatever the frick that means), then why play a part in it? Why make it all possible by providing the transport? Why plead guilty to your part in it? Why apologise for doing it? Whether you “did not see anything positive to do with it” or not is irrelevent. The fact remains that you did it.

We done yet?
