Has Benny Boy Weerheym been “Vindicated” by the West Australian DPP in regard to his online activities? We’ll see about that.

We find it very interesting that Ben has removed a number of his recent blog entries. Namely those which detailed him being raided by State Security and also a rather shirty post where calls for information to be offered up on FDB’s illustrious Duck Monster. There’s a fair bit of threatening behaviour right here:

Anyway, let’s once again head back to 2004 when Benny first became famous as the ANM getaway driver.

One of the most common accounts that you would have heard with regard to these incidents is that Ben, Donk and the boys “accidentally” tagged up a war widow’s retirement village. Until a few days back, that was also the general belief at the FDB end of things as well.

More fool us for believing a word that that Ben says:

Basically I said those things in court to keep me out of jail and it worked, what I didn’t pay much mind to was the impact it would have on things, which was a fuck up. It is true that I only drove the car, don’t you think if I was responsible for more then the blame would have been evenly shared and the others would have spoken up? The only people I did say sorry to is the old ladies in the war widows retirement village which was accidentally hit with grafitti - anyone with a shred of decency would understand that that was was just wrong. I never apologized to the Jews or the pro-multicult cronies.

Once again, I wrote a letter of apology to the elederly ladies at the retirement villas and offered to do odd jobs for them if need be. Ofcourse I am not going to get involved in that kind of behavior again. Reading and gaining knowlege is on the agenda then getting involved with a legitimate politically aligned organization.

Well guess what? Ben DID apologise to a Jew (unintentionally) and there was no “war widows retirement village.”

Ben’s fictional “retirement village” is sourced from the attack that he and the boys carried out against the home of West Australian refugee rights activist Sue Hoffman. How about we let Sue give us her version of events:

On Saturday July 19th, 2004 I left home before sunrise and didn’t return until late that night. As I swung into the driveway leading to my unit, I saw swastikas and slogans graffiti-ed onto the wall of the unit that fronted the street, including “Refugees die” “Racial war” and “White Devils Perth”.

The reference to refugees was a bit of a clue that this was to do with me, given my role as coordinator with WA Refugee Alliance, and that my name and phone number were on the newspaper ads, posters and leaflets widely distributed for World Refugee Day events held the previous month. Anyone could have found my street address excluding unit number by looking in a phone directory.

Neighbours had reported the graffiti in my absence and I was later told by police that the State Security Unit had quickly made the link to me; as a refugee advocate, I was known to them.

There was a reasonable amount of media coverage with most focus understandably on the synagogue that bore the brunt of that weekend’s rampage. Considering the route taken from the synagogue to my place (easy to ascertain as they postered on the way through) which is in a residential street off the main drag and their final target, there’s no question that the perpetrators planned to poster/graffiti my place. No way it was accidental. Maybe they didn’t realise it was residential; to my knowledge all other targets were businesses, or places of worship not private homes.

Contrary to reports, references to this unit complex being a home for war widows or retirement village are incorrect; the occupant of the front unit is an elderly woman which is where this misinformation may have started.

They didn’t get an old folks home or a war widows retirement village or whatever. That’s just not true, never was. I live in a unit complex, with a mix of residents including couples with young kids. The unit that fronts the street & got most of the graffiti is the home of an elderly lady, a war widow. That’s the only connection to “war widows�.

Because the ANM group had previously firebombed Chinese restaurants in Perth, it was a bit scary until they were caught but that didn’t take long. I’ve had minimal contact with the police since the incident so I only know what has been reported in the papers.

I did receive a letter of apology from Ben W, dropped in my letterbox and assume my neighbours received a similar letter.

Now that we’ve established that the “war widows retirement village” thing is a myth and that no verbal apologies were issued (just that shitty letter pumped into all of the letterboxes of that block of flats), how about we look at how much Ben claims to have understood about who’s house they were tagging up. Back on Indy he said:

Ofcourse she would be upset. This is the kind of thing that happens in this world. She would have also been feeling guilty as the neigbours houses were accidentally covered too.

Oookay.

How does this work? Ben drove the lads around and didn’t once stop to ask as to who’s houses they were tagging up? Sure. That last paragraph of his is in slight contradiction to his written apology. He doesn’t seem very sorry for what he did to Sue at all.

So what can we take from all this? Well, we now have some clarification of what went down that July weekend in 2004. After hitting the Perth Synagogue, Ben drove the lads down to Sue Hoffman’s block of flats and tagged up the unit closest to the street which just so happened to be the home of a war widow. This was not an “accident” as Ben repeatedly claims. They intended to hit the unit closest to their getaway car and as Ben states on Perth Indy, make Sue Hoffman feel “guilty” that her neighbours got hit as a result of her activities.

That’s a standard gutless racist dropkick mind-set in operation there. Intimidate and frighten in the hope that people turn on the person drawing the heat onto the wider group at large. Such strategies have been used in Sydney with the WPCA vandalising the letterboxes of Darp’s next-door neighbours for example. You know what? It doesn’t work. People in any given community have a natural tendency to galvanise and unite against the hostile outsiders.

In Ben’s case, we find it utterly abhorrent that the actions of he and his mates came at the detriment of someone whose family made great sacrifices for Australia. We find it utterly abhorrent that their actions intended to intimidate someone like Sue Hoffman who is trying to make Australia a more compassionate place.

Benny is also shocked at our last response to his dribble, in which we listed quite a few of his more offensive quotes. He’s come over all short-term-memory lost (you really shouldn’t mix your medicine with alcohol, Ben), and simply can’t recall saying anything of the sort!

Let us remind you, Benny Boy. Those are things you posted on the FDB forum as Aussie Patriot and TheAussiePatriot and on the Punkas forum as Thor Hammered and Aussie Patriot. A few of them were posted on the Darpism blog under Ben’s own name and under some anonymous names - trouble is, the IPs on the comments matched IPs on emails Ben sent us and IPs from which he accessed the FDB forum.

So yes, Ben, you can jack up on VB longnecks and god knows whatever else you can convince the doctor to prescribe you but you did say all of the following things.
