It’s all getting a tad ridiculous now isn’t it?

If it wasn’t bad enough that Alex Fogerty claimed to speak with certain journalists when he clearly did not then his next perplexing bluff should do the trick for you.

Some background: Alex’s best mate and fellow Australia New Nation founder, Trevor Lewis got himself into a bit of trouble a few months back. Without delving too much into things, Trev was fired from his job due to improper use of work computers.

Alex Fogerty being the certified genius that he is, seems to think that there is more to it. He said that Trev wrote a letter to his former employer asking for a written explanation as why his services were terminated. Alex claimed not once, but twice that he was in possession of this letter:

I also have the letter that was sent to Trev after he asked it in writing why he had been sacked, and once again it mentions both Kieran Finnane and you. (FDB’s Mat Henderson-Hau)

Going on Alex’s previous track record, we thought it best to verify the truthfulness of this information at the source.

Our legal reps contacted the legal rep of Trev’s former employer (ie, the person who actually wrote the letter that Alex speaks of).

Their response to Alex’s allegation that their letter to Trev contained references to Mat Henderson-Hau and Alice Springs News’ Kieran Finnane?

“THAT ALLEGATION IS A BIG FAT LIE.”

Which we presumed it was all along but checking our facts is one of the main areas where we constantly out do the fash so …best to keep on the safe side.

Alex may have learned a slight lesson from all this as it seems Aussie Trev is highly pissed at his little Kiwi mate:

Alex Says:
I cannot be bothered any more, I’ve given up trying to tell you what really happened. You can believe whatever you like.

As for talking about Trev, he has been in here and has asked me not to talk about his personal life, so I think this ends the conversation.
