The first case against writers of the One Nation party official bulletin The Nation, was heard in the Federal Court today.

The Executive Council of Australian Jewry (ECAJ) initiated the case after the December issue of The Nation published a story which stated: “The international Zionist conspirators and their political puppets have a history of using terrible, often criminal events to take away another slice of our freedom and tighten the globalist noose around the necks of Australians.�

ECAJ president Grahame Leonard said the article with the headline “Kiddie porn to be used as net censorship ploy� included false and offensive statements “attributing negative characterisations to Jews, which we believe are in clear breach of Australia’s anti-racism laws�.

Another case initiated by the ECAJ against the Bible Believers website, which is run by Anthony Grigor-Scott, will also appear in the Federal Court next month.

Speaking to the AJN following a directions hearing on the case, Leonard said, “the website hosts outrageous content, including claims to the effect that Jews are the existential enemy of the rest of humanity, which is disgusting, offensive and hurtful.�

The author of the article in question is one Carl Thompson, who posts on Stormfront as Wodensvolk and on the White Pride Coalition of Australia forum as Howlingdog88 (88 being neo-nazi code for “Heil Hitler”).

Earlier this year, he stated on Stormfront that he would emerge from jail as the next Timothy McVeigh after “the jews [sent him] to jail.”
